It is way overdue for me to kick my ass back in gear. I lost 14 pounds from August to October and gained it all back these last two months! Sooooo frustrating. When I lose, I think I can just start eating whatever I want - no portion control, no counting calories. It just doesn't work. I have to watch everything I consume or I pack it right back on. Today is the day I take back control!
I love reading back through my blog of all the recipes I've tried. I think I will just follow this blog and throw in some new meals every once in awhile. I am making my monthly meal plan today!
