Of ALL days to forget to login...it is the lowest weight to date!!! I had the busiest day ever and never got online...I consumed a LOT of stuff today...oopsss!

Breakfast - 1/2 slice toast w pb & vanilla yogurt (270)
Lunch - sandwich with chips (450)
Snack - 20 almonds & Luna bar (325)
Dinner - chicken sandwich (530)
4 Miller Lites (385)
1 foo-foo drink (150)
1 shot (90) - that was just stupid!

Activity: Ran errands & went out dancing!!!
